Valves are also divided into cast iron valves, cast steel valves, stainless steel valves (201,304,316, etc.), chrome molybdenum steel valves, chrome molybdenum vanadium steel valves, duplex steel valves, plastic valves, non-standard custom valve material .

classification

1. According to the role and purpose classification

(1) Truncation categories: such as gate valve, globe valve, plug valve, ball valve, butterfly valve, needle valve, diaphragm valve. Truncated valve, also known as closed-circuit valve, globe valve, its role is to connect or cut off the medium in the pipeline.

(6) special purpose categories: such as pig valve, vent valve, drain valve, exhaust valve, filter and so on. Exhaust valve piping system is an essential auxiliary components, widely used in boilers, air conditioners, oil and gas, water supply and drainage pipelines. 2. Nominal pressure classification

(1) Vacuum valve: refers to the working pressure is lower than the standard atmospheric pressure valve.

3 by working temperature classification

(1) cryogenic valve: for medium temperature t <; - 101 ℃ valve.

(3) room temperature valve: for medium temperature -29 ℃ <t <120 ℃ valve.

(4) in the temperature valve: for medium temperature 120 ℃ ≤ t ≤ 425 ℃ valve

(5) high temperature valve: for the medium temperature t> 425 ℃ valve.

4. According to drive classification

Classified by the driving mode is divided into automatic valves, power-driven valves and manual valves:

(3) manual valve: manual valve with hand wheel, handle, lever, sprocket, by human to manipulate the valve action. 5 according to the nominal diameter classification

(1) small diameter valve: nominal diameter DN ≤ 40mm valve.

(3) large diameter valve: Nominal valve DN is 350 ~ 1200mm valve.

(4) Extra large diameter valve: nominal diameter DN ≥ 1400mm valve.

6. According to the structural characteristics of classification

7. Sort by connection method
