The shape, bending, and thickness of the stamped parts are factors to be considered. In order to ensure the accuracy of the stamping hand wheel, some characteristics of the stamping hand wheel should be considered, and the analysis of the progressive bending die used by it is slightly lower than the single-piece bending die.
The clearance of the guide pin (guide plate), which is directly related to the accuracy of the part, is as follows (when the part plate thickness is 0, 35 to 2.0 mm): single-piece bending die: the guide pin (guide plate) and the The gap is 0.005~0.010mm progressive bending die, considering the avoidance and the wear of the guide plate, taking 0.015~O.025mm.
Generally, H is 2.5 times the thickness of the plate plus the bending radius. When the thickness and hardness of the stamping handwheel are different, the height dimension cannot be kept constant, an additional post-bending cutting process should be adopted to ensure the H value.
