Method/Step
1. The punch position of the down punch (its working position is upward) extends from the lower end of the middle mold hole into the middle mold hole to seal the bottom of the middle mold hole;
2. Use a feeder to fill the middle mold hole with medicine;
3. The punch part of the upper punch (its working position facing downward) falls from the upper end of the middle mold hole into the middle mold hole, and goes down for a certain stroke to compress the powder into tablets;
4. The upper punch lifts out the hole. The downward punching rises to push the tablets out of the middle die hole to complete a tablet pressing process;
5. The undershoot drops to the original position, ready for the next filling.
Control of material dosage. Various tablets have different dosage requirements. Large dosage adjustments are achieved by selecting punches with different punch diameters. After the die size is selected, the minute dosage adjustment is to adjust the depth of the lower punch into the middle die hole, thereby changing the actual length of the middle die hole after the bottom is sealed, and achieve the purpose of adjusting the filling volume of the drug in the die hole. Therefore, there should be a mechanism for adjusting the original position of the lower punch in the die hole on the tablet press to meet the dosage adjustment standard.
Precautions
Before debugging the machine after receiving the tablet press, first remove the blanking cup and add the material to the middle die hole by hand; then turn the handwheel by hand, and test the pressure can be energized in the loading cup (not to be energized without debugging. , So easy to jam the machine, and loose film).
